摘　　要：奶牛口蹄疫是危害奶牛养殖业经济效益的具有急性、热性、接触性等特点的常见传染病之一,而接种疫苗是预防该病最直接、有效的措施之一。但接种疫苗后所产生抗体的效果受到较多因素影响,且可能存在抗原用量不足导致免疫保护力不足的问题。中草药提取物具有提高机体免疫力、抵抗力的作用。因此,本文综述中草药提取物对奶牛接种口蹄疫疫苗后产生免疫效果的影响,合理使用中草药提取物可以促进口蹄疫疫苗发挥作用,保证免疫接种后的效果。Foot-and-mouth disease of dairy cows was one of the common infectious diseases with acute,thermal and contact characteristics that harm the economic benefits of farming.Vaccination is one of the most direct and effective methods to prevent the disease.However,the effect of antibodies produced after vaccination is affected by many factors,and there may be insufficient immune protection caused by insufficient antigen dosage.The extracts of Chinese herbal medicine could improve the immunity and resistance of the body.Therefore,this paper reviewed the effect of Chinese herbal extracts on the immune effect of cows vaccinated against foot-and-mouth disease.Rational use of Chinese herbal extracts could promote the effect of foot-and-mouth disease vaccine and ensure the effect of immunization.
