中药敷脐疗法在小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：分析了采用中药敷脐疗法临床治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的效果。选择2022年3月—2023年3月至习水县中医医院就诊的100例急性肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿作为研究对象,并将其随机均分为两组:对照组(常规疗法)和研究组(中药敷脐疗法),针对两组患儿治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、白细胞计数及肠系膜淋巴结横纵径指标进行综合比对。治疗结果显示,研究组患儿临床症状消失时间较对照组偏低,治疗总有效率优势明显,同时肠系膜淋巴结横纵径得到改善(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎临床多用中药敷脐法进行治疗,从整体上缩短其淋巴结横纵径,可最大程度地改善患儿腹痛、腹胀等症状,突出其治疗效果,进一步减少疾病复发的风险。This paper analyzes the clinical effect of applying Chinese medicine to the umbilicus to treat children with acute Mesentery lymphadenitis.The children with acute Mesentery lymphadenitis who went to Xishui County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(conventional therapy)and the research group(traditional Chinese medicine umbilical application therapy).The treatment effect,clinical symptom disappearance time,white blood cell count and Mesentery lymph node transverse and longitudinal diameter indicators of the two groups were comprehensively compared.Results After treatment,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms of children in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was obvious.At the same time,the transverse and longitudinal diameters of Mesentery lymph nodes were improved(P<0.05).The study found that the umbilical cord application of traditional Chinese medicine was often used to treat children with acute Mesentery lymphadenitis,which shortened the transverse and longitudinal diameter of lymph nodes as a whole,improved the symptoms of abdominal pain,abdominal distention and other symptoms of children to the greatest extent,highlighted the treatment effect,and further reduced the risk of recurrence.
