切开排脓法与穿刺吸脓法治疗扁桃体周围脓肿的临床效果评价

摘　　要：探究了针对扁桃体周围脓肿患者应用切开排脓法与穿刺吸脓法治疗的临床效果。以惠水县人民医院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的82例扁桃体周围脓肿患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组(n=41)、观察组(n=41)两个组别,分别通过穿刺吸脓法治疗、切开排脓法治疗,对比两组治疗效果。观察组一次性治愈率高于对照组,观察组治疗平均次数及症状消失时间均少于对照组,观察组复发率低于对照组,组间差异具备显著性(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组生活质量高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究发现,应用切开排脓法治疗扁桃体周围脓肿效果显著,有助于降低复发率,值得推广。Explored the clinical effects of using incision drainage and puncture aspiration methods for the treatment of patients with peritonsillar abscess.Eighty two patients with peritonsillar abscess who were admitted to Huishui County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were taken as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups:the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41).The treatment effects of the two groups were compared by means of puncture aspiration and incision drainage.The one-time cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the average number of treatments and symptom disappearance time in the observation group were less than those in the control group.The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the incision and drainage method has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with peritonsillar abscess,which helps to reduce the recurrence rate and is worth promoting.
