心理护理干预对孕产妇妊娠结局及产后抑郁情绪的影响研究

摘　　要：研究心理护理干预对孕产妇妊娠结局及产后抑郁情绪的影响。在2022年2月—2023年3月期间贵州省大方县人民医院收治的孕产妇中随机挑选100例,且分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予常规护理干预+心理护理干预,对两组孕产妇产后抑郁情况、护理满意率、妊娠结局、生活质量进行观察。结果显示,护理前,两组孕产妇产后抑郁情况比较无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,使用心理护理干预的观察组患者,其抑郁情况要明显优于对照组(P<0.05);从护理满意率方面来看,观察组要高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕产妇妊娠结局情况要明显好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕产妇生活质量要明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在孕产妇护理工作中给予心理护理足够重视具有确切效果,可以对患者抑郁情绪进行缓解,且对妊娠结局、生活质量改善、护理满意率提升具有较为积极的意义,值得推广。Study the impact of psychological nursing intervention on pregnancy outcomes and postpartum depression in pregnant and postpartum women.From February 2022 to March 2023,100 pregnant women in People’s Hospital of Dafang were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received routine nursing intervention+psychological nursing intervention.Postpartum depression,nursing satisfaction rate,pregnancy outcome,and quality of life were observed in both groups of pregnant and postpartum women.The results showed that there was no significant difference in depression between the two groups of pregnant and postpartum women before and after nursing care(P>0.05);After nursing,the observation group patients who used psychological nursing intervention had significantly better depression than the control group(P<0.05);From the perspective of nursing satisfaction rate,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The pregnancy outcomes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life of pregnant women in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that giving sufficient attention to psychological care in maternal care has a definite effect,can alleviate depression in patients,and has a positive significance in improving pregnancy outcomes,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction rate,which is worth promoting.
