医疗设备整体资产管理服务实践探索

摘　　要：以新疆某地州三级医院为例,分析了医疗设备资产管理服务的实践,探讨医疗设备整体资产管理模式的优势。分析医院引进医疗设备整体资产管理服务商对医院设备逐步实施整体服务前后的数据,包括平均开机率、维保响应时间、维保费用、设备质量控制、设备效益分析等数据,对整体资产管理模式实践进行分析总结。研究发现,医疗设备管理服务依托管理平台,提供了覆盖设备全生命周期的维保、质控、计量、应用培训、大数据管理分析等服务,降低成本,提高效率,提高医疗安全性,实现了医院、医疗设备生产商和整体资产管理服务商的三方共赢,具有巨大的优越性和先进性。Taking a tertiary hospital in a certain prefecture in Xinjiang as an example,this paper analyzes the practice of medical equipment asset management services and explores the advantages of the overall asset management model for medical equipment.Analyze the introduction of medical equipment overall asset management service providers by hospitals,and analyze and summarize the data before and after the gradual implementation of overall services for hospital equipment,including average operating rate,maintenance response time,maintenance costs,equipment quality control,equipment benefit analysis,and other data.Analyze and summarize the practice of the overall asset management model.The research found that medical equipment management services rely on the management platform to provide maintenance,quality control,measurement,application training,Big data management analysis and other services covering the whole life cycle of equipment,reduce costs,improve efficiency,improve medical safety,and achieve a win-win situation among hospitals,medical equipment manufacturers and overall asset management service providers,refl ecting huge advantages and progressiveness.
