临床检验对血常规检验的准确性和可靠性分析

摘　　要：为观察临床检验对血常规检验的影响,选取思南县民族中医院2021年3月—2022年10月收治的140例接受血常规检验的患者作为研究对象,并将其分为两组,每组70例。采集参照组患者指尖末梢血进行检验,采集研究组患者肘静脉血进行检验。比较两组患者的检验结果可知,研究组的各项检验指标与参照组相比均有明显差异(P<0.05)。研究发现,通过采集患者肘静脉血进行血常规检验,能够获取更为准确的检验结果,同时还可以提高检验标本的合格率与准确率,避免出现误差问题。By observing the impact of clinical testing on blood routine testing.140 patients who underwent blood routine tests at Sinan County Ethnic Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups,with 70 patients in each group.Collect fingertip blood from patients in the reference group for testing,and collect elbow vein blood from patients in the study group for testing.Comparing the test results of the two groups,it can be seen that there are significant differences in various test indicators between the research group and the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that collecting elbow vein blood from patients for routine blood tests can obtain more accurate test results.At the same time,it can also improve the qualification rate and accuracy of the test specimens,avoiding errors.
