髓内钉内固定技术在四肢长管骨创伤骨折治疗中的疗效研究

摘　　要：为探讨四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者采用髓内钉内固定技术治疗的效果,将2019年3月—2022年9月贵州省黔南州人民医院收治的40例均经影像学确诊的四肢长管骨创伤骨折的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法为此次研究的分组方案,共计两个组别,不同组别所用的治疗方案存在差异,其他诊断方法、检查手段、随访均一致。其中,配合主治医师完成髓内钉内固定技术的20例患者属于观察组,配合主治医师完成钢板螺钉内固定术的20例患者属于对照组。结果显示,观察组的五项手术指标、一项疗效指标、二项骨折指标、一项并发症指标、六项生活质量指标的评分更好(P<0.05)。研究发现,四肢长管骨创伤骨折确诊后应首选髓内钉内固定术治疗,其手术效果优于钢板螺钉内固定术,主要体现在手术近期疗效、远期疗效、疼痛症状、肢体功能、术后并发症、生活质量六方面。To explore the effectiveness of intramedullary nail fixation technology in the treatment of patients with long bone trauma fractures in the limbs,40 patients admitted to The People’s Hospital of Qiannan from March 2019 to September 2022 who were diagnosed with symptoms and imaging of long bone trauma fractures in the limbs were selected as the study subjects.The random number table method was used as the grouping plan for this study,with a total of two groups.The treatment plans used in different groups were different,and other diagnoses,examinations,and Follow up was consistent.Among them,20 patients who cooperated with the attending physician to complete intramedullary nail fixation technology belong to the observation group,while 20 patients who cooperated with the attending physician to complete plate and screw fixation surgery belong to the control group.The results showed that the observation group had a better ratio of five surgical indicators,one efficacy indicator,two fracture indicators,one complication indicator,and six quality of life indicators(P<0.05).Research has found that intramedullary nail fixation should be the first choice for the treatment of long bone trauma fractures in the limbs after diagnosis.Its surgical effect is superior to plate screw fixation,mainly reflected in the short-term and long-term efficacy of the surgery,pain symptoms,limb function,postoperative complications,and quality of life.
