首次剖宫产分娩的影响因素分析

摘　　要：应用回归分析的方法选取贵州水矿控股集团有限责任公司总医院于2022年1月—2023年1月收治的40例首次妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,通过分析孕妇的分娩方式意愿,收集样本孕妇个人资料,探讨首次选择剖宫产分娩的影响因素。结果显示,40例样本孕妇中有17例选择首次剖宫产分娩,占比为42.50%,23例选择首次阴道分娩,占比为57.50%。研究发现,首次妊娠选择剖宫产分娩的影响因素包括孕妇的受教育程度,孕妇对阴道分娩的了解程度以及医生与孕妇的沟通情况。In order to study the influencing factors of the choice of Caesarean section delivery for the first pregnancy,40 first pregnant women from January 2022 to January 2023 in the General Hospital of Guizhou Shuikuang Holding Group Co.,Ltd.were selected as the research objects.Through analyzing the pregnant women’s willingness to deliver,collecting the personal data of sample pregnant women,and using regression analysis to explore the influencing factors of the choice of Caesarean section delivery for the first time.The results showed that 17 out of 40 pregnant women selected the first Caesarean section delivery,accounting for 42.50%,and 23 selected vaginal trial delivery for the first delivery.The proportion is 57.50%.The study found that the factors influencing the choice of Caesarean section delivery for the first pregnancy included the education level of the pregnant women,their understanding of vaginal trial delivery and the in-depth communication between doctors and pregnant women.
