人工关节置换手术对老年创伤性髋部骨折患者的效果评价

摘　　要：为探讨人工关节置换手术对老年创伤性髋部骨折患者的效果评价。选择2021年7月—2022年7月仁怀市人民医院收治的76例老年创伤性髋部骨折病患为研究对象,应用抽签法,将其分为参照组和试验组,参照组(n=38)应用防旋股骨近端髓内钉(Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation,PFNA)内固定术,试验组(n=38)应用人工关节置换术治疗。检验各组患者康复指标、VAS评分、并发症等。结果显示,术前,各组患者疼痛评分、HHS评分、ADL评分无显著区别(P>0.05);术后,除手术耗时外,试验组其余手术与康复指标、VAS评分、并发症发生率均比参照组低,试验组HHS、ADL、生活质量评分比参照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,人工关节置换手术的应用,有利于提高老年创伤性髋部骨折患者的髋关节功能,还可降低术后并发症的发生率,有助于减轻患者的疼痛感。To evaluate the effect of artificial Joint replacement on the elderly patients with traumatic hip fracture.76 elderly patients with traumatic hip fracture admitted to Renhuai People’s Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a reference group and a test group by drawing lots.Each group had 38 patients,who were treated with PFNA internal fixation and artificial Joint replacement in turn.Test the rehabilitation indicators,VAS scores,and complications of each group of patients.The results showed that there was no significant difference in pain scores,HHS scores,and ADL scores among the groups before surgery(P>0.05);After surgery,except for the duration of surgery,the other surgical and rehabilitation indicators,VAS scores,and incidence of complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The HHS,ADL,and quality of life scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that the application of artificial Joint replacement surgery is conducive to improving the hip joint function of elderly patients with traumatic hip fracture,reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,and helping to alleviate the pain of patients.
