内括约肌直接切开术治疗陈旧性肛裂的价值分析

摘　　要：为探究内括约肌直接切开术治疗陈旧性肛裂的操作流程、应用价值,选择2020年1月—2023年3月就诊于遵义市第一人民医院的70例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,即对照组和实验组,患者各项指征与“陈旧性肛裂”诊断指南涉及内容相符;在治疗阶段,对照组应用侧位部分内括约肌切断,实验组选择内括约肌直接切开术,各组收纳样本数为35,对比临床指标(VAS评分、创面愈合时间)、治疗有效性(无效、好转、显著有效)、并发症(肛门变形、肛门失禁)发生率、疾病复发率(随访时间为0.5年)情况。研究发现,临床治疗阶段,内括约肌直接切开术有重要价值,既可缓解患者疼痛反应,改善疾病症状,缩短创面愈合时间,提高罹患陈旧性肛裂患者治疗总有效率,又能预防手术并发症,安全系数高,值得推广。To explore the operation process and application value of direct internal sphincter incision in the treatment of old anal fissure.According to the needs,70 patients who visited the First People’s Hospital of Zunyi from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,namely,the control group and the experimental group.The indications of the patients were consistent with the contents of the diagnostic guidelines for“old anal fissure”;In the treatment phase,the lateral partial internal Sphincter resection was used in the control group,and the direct internal sphincter incision was used in the experimental group.The number of samples collected in each group was 35.The clinical indicators(VAS score,wound healing time),treatment effectiveness(ineffective,improved,significantly effective),incidence of complications(anal deformation,anal incontinence),and disease recurrence rate(follow-up time was 0.5 years)were compared.The study found that in the clinical treatment stage,the direct incision of the internal sphincter has important value.It can not only alleviate the pain response,improve the disease symptoms,shorten the wound healing time,improve the total effective rate of treatment for patients with old anal fissure,but also prevent surgical complications.The Factor of safety is high,and it is worth promoting.
