阿奇霉素序贯联合多药治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染致过敏性紫癜的效果探究

摘　　要：为研究观察在小儿肺炎支原体感染致过敏性紫癜疾病患儿的治疗过程中,应用阿奇霉素序贯联合多药治疗方案的临床效果,选取2020年3月—2021年3月习水县妇幼保健院50例小儿肺炎支原体感染致过敏性紫癜疾病患儿作为研究对象,依照接收时间的先后顺序实施分组,其中常规组25例,治疗组25例。常规组实施多药治疗,治疗组以常规组疗法为基础,再行阿奇霉素序贯疗法,比较两组患儿的临床效果。结果显示,治疗组临床效果各项指标均优于常规组,总临床疗效优于常规组,安全性较常规组高,差异尤为突出(P<0.05)。研究发现,小儿肺炎支原体感染导致患儿出现过敏性紫癜病症时,为患儿提供阿奇霉素联合多药治疗方案,能够缩短患儿的治疗时间,提高临床治疗有效性。To observe the clinical effect of sequential and multi drug treatment of Azithromycin in the treatment of children with allergic purpura caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Fifty children with allergic purpura caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children at Xishui Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into groups according to the order of receiving time,with 25 in the conventional group and 25 in the treatment group.The conventional group was treated with multi drug therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Azithromycin sequential therapy based on the conventional group therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the clinical efficacy indicators of the treatment group were better than those of the conventional group,and the total clinical efficacy was higher than that of the conventional group.The safety was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was particularly prominent(P<0.05).The study found that when children suffered from anaphylactoid purpura caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,providing children with Azithromycin combined with multi drug treatment can shorten the treatment time of children and improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment.
