摘  要:为探究剖宫产产妇临床护理中围术期护理干预对术后感染产生的影响,选取2020年1月—2023年1月望谟县人民医院收治的30例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组产妇接受常规护理,实验组产妇接受围术期护理,综合对比两组产妇临床护理的总有效率、术后感染发生率以及产妇的术后恢复情况。并且,对产妇生活质量评分、不良情绪评分进行比较和分析。研究发现,围术期护理干预能够帮助剖宫产产妇获得良好的护理,有助于临床护理总有效率的提升,并且能够实现对产妇术后感染风险的控制,对产妇术后恢复有重要的促进价值,患者的生活质量水平提升显著,有效缓解不良情绪对患者造成的影响。To explore the influence of perioperative nursing intervention on postoperative infection in clinical nursing of caesarean section parturients.We selected 30 pregnant women with caesarean section who were admitted to Wangmo County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 as the research objects,and classified them according to the way of the control group and the experimental group.The pregnant women in the control group received routine nursing,and the pregnant women in the experimental group received perioperative nursing.We comprehensively compared the total effective rate of clinical nursing,the incidence of postoperative infection,and the recovery of the pregnant women in the two groups.And,compare and analyze the scores of maternal quality of life and negative emotions.The study found that perioperative nursing intervention can help c aesarean section mothers obtain good care,help to improve the overall effectiveness of clinical nursing,and can achieve the control of maternal infection risk after surgery,which has important promotion value for the improvement of maternal recovery status after surgery.The quality of life of patients has significantly improved,and effectively alleviates the impact of bad emotions on patients.
