加拿大冰球运动发展历程、经验与启示

摘　　要：加拿大是世界冰球强国,获得过最多的冬奥会、锦标赛冰球项目冠军,学习和借鉴加拿大冰球运动的发展经验,可以为我国冰球运动的腾飞提供理论参考。通过回顾与总结加拿大冰球运动“源起与引领”“崛起与鼎盛”“曲折与低谷”“恢复与强盛”4个时期的发展历程,发现加拿大冰球运动的强盛得益于内化于心的国家冰球运动文化、完备的“金字塔”式青少年赛事体系、冰球运动与国内媒体有效“联姻”、层级管理模式的推动以及完善基础设施的保障。基于加拿大的经验启示,针对我国提出加强冰球运动文化建设,提升冰球运动文化自信;加快管理体制改革,建立完善的联赛体系;积极引进品牌赛事,扩大冰球宣传与推广;拓宽冰球资金来源,完善基础设施建设;扩大冰球人口基数,促进全民参与冰球运动等对策,以期从科学借鉴、统筹全局的角度推进我国冰球事业的跨越式发展。Canada is an ice hockey sport leading nation in the world,it has won the most winter Olympics and championship ice hockey events champions.Studying and learning from the development experience of Canada's ice hockey can provide theoretical reference for the higher improvement of China's ice hockey.By reviewing and summarizing the development history of Canadian ice hockey in the four periods of"origin and leadership","rise and prosperity","twists and downs","recovery and strength",it is found that the strength of Canadian ice hockey is attributed to the internalized national ice hockey culture,a complete"golden tower"style youth event system,the effective"alliance"between ice hockey and domestic media,the promotion of hierarchical management mode and the guarantee of improving infrastructure.Based on Canada's experience and enlightenment,it's proposed to strengthen the cultural construction of ice hockey and enhance the cultural confidence of ice hockey in China;accelerate the reform of the management system and establish a sound league system;actively introduce brand-name tournaments to expand the publicity and promotion of ice hockey;broaden the sources of funding for ice hockey and improve infrastructure construction;and expand the population of ice hockey and promote the participation of the whole population in ice hockey,in order to promote the leapfrog development of China's ice hockey industry from the perspective of scientific reference and overall planning.
