生态学理论视域下我国冰雪特色小镇建设研究

摘　　要：近年来,冰雪特色小镇作为冰雪旅游业中一个独具特色的组成部分,以其优美的生态风光、独特的冰雪文化和多样的旅游活动,吸引了众多游客和投资者的目光,具有巨大的发展潜力。通过对我国冰雪小镇建设与发展的现状进行梳理,探讨生态学理论在冰雪特色小镇规划、设计和管理中的指导作用,同步分析我国冰雪特色小镇建设中来自于生态环境保护与可持续发展、基础设施建设与公共服务供给、城乡一体化与冰雪旅游产业发展等多方面的挑战。提出突出生态系统的平衡和稳定、注重生物多样性的保护、强调人与自然和谐共生等发展对策,以期推动我国冰雪特色小镇的科学化、生态化建设,促进我国冰雪旅游产业的可持续发展。In recent years,as a unique component of the ice and snow tourism industry,the ice and snow characteristic town has atracted many tourists and investors with its beautiful ecological scenery,unique ice and snow culture and diverse tourism activities.It also has enormous development potential.By sorting out the current situation of the construction and development of China's ice and snow towns,this paper explores the guiding role of ecological theory in the planning,design and management of ice and snow characteristic towns.It also simultaneously analyze the challenges in the construction of China's ice and snow characteristic towns from various aspects such as ecological environmental protection and sustainable development,infrastructure construction and public service supply,urban-rural integration and ice and snow tourism industry development.It proposes development strategies that highlight the balance and stability of the ecosystem,focus on the protection of biodiversity,and emphasize the harmonious coexistence between human and nature in order to promote the scientific and ecological construction of China's ice and snow characteristic towns and the sustainable development of China's ice and snow tourism industry.
