产业升级下我国冰雪体育表演人才的培育

摘　　要：冰雪体育表演是冰雪产业的组成部分之一,可以展现冰雪运动、增加冰雪消费、传播冰雪文化,满足人们对高品质冰雪体育欣赏的需求。为助力我国冰雪体育表演产业的快速发展,对作为产业发展基础的冰雪体育表演人才的培育情况进行研究。发现当前相关专业人才的培育以体育院校为主导,表演则集中于表现难美项目,由此带来人才规模和有效产出不足、人才培育路径相对单一、表演技能发展不均衡等问题。相应提出通过行业扶持、提高吸引力来优化人才培养环境;通过机构联动互补、拓展培养方式来丰富人才培养路径;通过增加艺术修养课程、艺术性表演实践来强化人才表演能力,以期不断提升冰雪体育表演人才培育的质量与成效,为我国冰雪体育表演产业的长远发展提供理论参考。Ice and snow sports performance is one of the components of the ice and snow industry,which can showcase ice and snow sports,increase ice and snow consumption,spread ice and snow culture,and meet people's demand for high-quality ice and snow sports appreciation.As the basis of industrial development,the cultivation of ice and snow sports performance talents is studied in this paper in order to assist the rapid development of China's ice and snow sports performance industry.It is found that the cultivation of relevant professional talents is mainly led by sports colleges and universities,while performance is focused on performance of difficult and aesthetic sports events,which brings about problems such as insufficient talent scale and effective output,relatively single path of talent cultivation,and uneven development of performance skills.Aiming to above problems,it is proposed to optimize the talent cultivation environment through industry support and increase attractiveness;to enrich the talent cultivation path through institutional linkage and complementarity,and expand cultivation methods;and to strengthen the performance ability of talents by increasing artistic cultivation courses and artistic performance practice,in order to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of ice and snow sports performance talent cultivation and provide theoretical references for the long-term development of China's ice and snow sports performance industry.
