摘 要:为了解决饲喂过程中无法针对奶牛个体差异进行供饲,以及传统人工精饲料补饲劳动强度大、效率低等问题,研究设计了智慧牧场个性化自动饲喂设备。针对混合饲料和精饲料集成饲喂的方式,设计了饲喂设备的机械结构,并对其自动搅拌、饲喂、行走等功能的实现进行了结构和工作原理的阐释。采用ANSYS Workbench对精饲料补饲装置进行静力学与模态分析,并检验结构设计的合理性,在此基础上对选用S7-200作为核心的控制系统进行软件与硬件的设计。最后,通过实验对设备进行验证。结果表明:饲喂设备系统运行平稳,采用组态进行人机交互的界面操作简单,不会产生共振等现象;其不仅能够实现基础混合日粮的饲喂,而且可根据奶牛个体差异实现精饲料的精确定量补饲;采用个性化自动饲喂设备的试验组奶牛的产奶量比采用TMR设备饲喂的对照组奶牛提高了3 kg。设计的个性化自动饲喂设备有助于提高奶牛产能,减少人工补饲所需的劳动力,可为实现奶牛养殖的精细化、智能化、自动化提供技术支持。In order to solve the problems of individual differences in cow feeding and the high labor intensity and low efficiency of traditional artificial concentrate feed supplementation,a personalized automatic feeding equipment for smart pastures was designed.The mechanical structure of the equipment was designed by using the integrated feeding method of mixed feed and concentrate feed,and the structure and working principle of its automatic mixing,feeding,walking and other functions were explained.ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct the static mechanics and modal analysis of the concentrate feed supplementation device to verify the rationality of the structure design,based on which,S7-200 was selected as the control core to design the software and hardware of the control system.Finally,the equipment was validated through experiments.The results show that the feeding equipment system can run smoothly,the configuration for human-machine interaction is adopted with simple interface and no resonance.The equipment can not only realize the feeding of basic mixed ration,but also achieve the precise quantitative supplementation of concentrate feed according to the individual differences of cows.The milk production of the experimental group cows fed with personalized automatic feeding equipment increases by 3 kg compared to the control group cows fed with TMR equipment.The designed personalized automatic feeding equipment can help to increase the production capacity of the cow,and reduce the labor required for manual feeding,which can provide technical support for achieving precision,intelligence,and automation in dairy farming.
