摘 要:基于固相反应烧结法制备了Bi_(x)Y_(3-x-y)Ca_(y)M_(y)Fe_(5-y)O_(12)(x=1.0~1.6,y=0.1~0.5,M为4价离子Zr^(4+)、Sn^(4+))旋磁铁氧体材料。首先分析了不同Bi^(3+)离子取代量对材料介电性能和微波旋磁性能的影响,由此确定最佳的Bi^(3+)离子取代量。然后在其基础上,研究了不同Ca^(2+)/Zr^(4+)和Ca^(2+)/Sn^(4+)离子共取代对材料综合性能的影响。研究表明,当Bi^(3+)离子取代量x为1.4时,能最好地兼顾YIG铁氧体材料高介电常数和低铁磁共振线宽的综合要求。进一步对Ca^(2+)/Zr^(4+)和Ca^(2+)/Sn^(4+)离子共取代的研究发现,采取Ca^(2+)/Zr^(4+)共取代的方案(最佳取代量y为0.4),更有助于获得高的介电常数,其最佳性能为:Ms=145 kA/m,ε=29.4,ΔH=2.7 kA/m;而采用Ca^(2+)/Sn^(4+)共取代的方案(最佳取代量y为0.3),则可以在进一步降低铁磁共振线宽上取得突破,其最佳性能为:Ms=147 kA/m,ε=28.5,ΔH=2.2 kA/m。Bi_(x)Y_(3-x-y)Ca_(y)M_(y)Fe_(5-y)O_(12)(x=1.0-1.6,M is 4-valent ions Zr^(4+),Sn^(4+),y=0.1-0.5)gyromagnetic ferrite materials were prepared by solid phase reaction sintering method.Firstly,the effects of the Bi^(3+)content on the dielectric properties and microwave gyromagnetic properties of the materials were analyzed,and the optimal Bi^(3+)content was determined.Secondly,the effects of co-substitution of Ca^(2+)/Zr^(4+)and Ca^(2+)/Sn^(4+)ions on the comprehensive properties of the materials were investigated.The results show that when the Bi^(3+)content is 1.4,the high dielectric constant and low ferromagnetic resonance linewidth of YIG ferrite were satisfied.Further studies of Ca^(2+)/Zr^(4+)and Ca^(2+)/Sn^(4+)co-substitution show that Ca^(2+)/Zr^(4+)co-substitution(the optimal substitution amount is 0.4)is more beneficial to the high dielectric constant(best performance:Ms=145 kA/m,ε=29.4,ΔH=2.7 kA/m),while the Ca^(2+)/Sn^(4+)co-substitution scheme(the best substitution amount is 0.3)can further reduce the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth(best performance:Ms=147 kA/m,ε=28.5,ΔH=2.2 kA/m).
