摘  要:以NaBH4还原氯金酸负载在Fe_(3)O_(4)上,制备得到芝麻球状Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au纳米粒子,以Au纳米粒子充当罗丹明B(RB)的荧光淬灭剂得到可循环再生的Zn+离子智能传感器Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au-RB。用高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及振动样品磁力计(VSM)对Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au进行了形貌及晶型结构的表征,并研究了Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au-RB对水溶液中Zn^(2+)的传感性能。结果表明,Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au-RB对Zn^(2+)具有良好的敏感性且荧光响应强度随着Zn^(2+)浓度的增加而增强,检测极限为0.42μmol/L,竞争离子的共存不会影响Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au-RB对Zn^(2+)的选择性;Fe_(3)O_(4)作为磁响应载体,使用后的Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au经外磁场回收,再次负载RB构筑传感器进行循环检测。Sesame spherical Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au nanoparticles were prepared by reducing gold chloride hydrate on Fe_(3)O_(4) with NaBH4,and a recyclable intelligent sensor for Zn^(2+),Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au-RB,was prepared by using Au nanoparticles as the fluorescence quencher of Rhodamine B(RB).The morphology and crystal structure of Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au were characterized by high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The sensing performance of Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au-RB for Zn^(2+)in aqueous solution was investigated.The results showed that Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au-RB had good sensitivity to Zn^(2+)and the intensity of fluorescence response increased with the increase of Zn^(2+)concentration and the detection limit was 0.42μmol/L.The coexistence of competing ions did not affect the selectivity of Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au-RB for Zn^(2+).Owing to the magnetic profile of Fe_(3)O_(4),Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au could be recovered after use by the external magnetic field and loaded with RB again to construct the sensor for cyclic detection.
