摘 要:近年来我国城镇化快速发展,房屋建设量大、既有房屋多,但同时也面临着房屋品质差异大、维护成本高、安全管理复杂等问题。房屋安全关乎国计民生,是实现中国式现代化与高质量发展的重大民生议题,故此2023年初全国住房和城乡建设工作会议提出要建立房屋安全长效机制。本文结合对广东等地的调研,分析现状特征,梳理面临的挑战,并参考借鉴有关经验,提出了建立房屋全生命周期安全管理的对策建议。In recent years,China's urbanization has developed rapidly,with a large amount of housing construction and a large number of existing housing.However,at the same time,it also faces problems such as significant differences in housing quality,high maintenance costs,and complex safety management.Housing safety is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,and is a major livelihood issue to achieve Chinese path to modernization and high-quality development.Therefore,the National Housing and Urban-Rural Development Conference in early 2023 has proposed to establish a long-term mechanism for housing safety.This paper combines survey on Guangdong and other regions,analyzes the current characteristics,sorts out the challenges faced,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for establishing full life cycle housing safety management based on relevant experience.
