保护与再利用视角下历史遗存古城墙的综合价值评价研究

摘　　要：作为一种特殊类型的建筑遗产,历史遗存古城墙在当代城市建设中的保护与再利用涉及到诸多类型价值的评价、选择与平衡。本文通过文献归纳和专家问卷的方法,构建了以保护与再利用为目标的古城墙综合价值评价指标体系。在该指标体系基础上,建立古城墙综合价值评价模型,并基于该评价模型将历史遗存古城墙划分成4种类型,分析其综合价值特征与保护利用途径,对探索历史遗存古城墙在当代城市建设中的保护与利用有积极的意义。As a special type of architectural heritage,the protection and utilization of historical relics and ancient city walls in contemporary urban construction involve the evaluation,selection,and balance of various types of values.This article constructs a comprehensive value evaluation index system for ancient city walls with the goal of protection and utilization through literature review and expert questionnaires.On the basis of this indicator system,a comprehensive value evaluation model for ancient city walls is established,and based on this evaluation model,historical remains of the ancient city walls are divided into four types.The comprehensive value characteristics as well as protection and utilization approaches are analyzed,which has positive significance for exploring the protection and utilization of historical remains of the ancient city walls in contemporary urban construction.
