摘　　要：本文基于建筑空间物理环境与使用主体真实体验阐释工业建筑遗产热舒适客主观双重判断机制,厘清物质空间和使用主体在工业建筑遗产热舒适性中的联系。提取影响工业建筑遗产热舒适性效能的关键因素,对遗产空间热舒适影响因素进行量化分析,构建适应性评价模式,对工业建筑遗产科学合理利用具有一定的借鉴意义。Based on the physical environment of the building space and the real experience of the users,the subjectiveobjective dual judgment mechanism of the thermal comfort of the industrial building heritage is explained,and the connection between the material space and the use subject in the thermal comfort of the industrial building heritage is clarified.This paper extracts the key factors affecting the thermal comfort efficiency of industrial building heritage,quantitatively analyzes the factors affecting thermal comfort of heritage space,and constructs an adaptive evaluation model,which has certain reference for the scientific and rational utilization of industrial building heritage.
