双液注浆法技术在砂土体固结中的应用研究

摘  要:本文结合海南某灌渠8#暗涵顶管工程中水泥水玻璃双液注浆法施工实例,在海南岛长年多雨,地下水丰富、地质条件复杂的情况下,极易塌方的砂性土体在双液注浆法作用下迅速形成固结体,为顶管开挖顶进施工创造有利条件。同时,介绍了双液注浆技术的适用范围、技术特点、施工要点及注意事项,通过8#暗涵顶管工程整体施工情况,反映出双液注浆法固结砂性土体的适用性、安全性、高效性,为今后类似地质条件下的地层处理提供借鉴参考。This paper combines the construction example of cement and water glass double liquid grouting method in the top pipe project of 8#hidden culvert in an irrigation district of Hainan.Due to the Hainan Island conditions with frequent rainfall,abundant groundwater and complex geology,the sandy soil which is prone to collapse can form a consolidated body rapidly under the action of double-liquid grouting method,creating favorable conditions for pipe jacking excavation and jacking construction.At the same time,the application scope,technical characteristics,construction points and precautions of the double-liquid grouting technology are introduced.Through the overall construction situation of 8#culvert pipe jacking project,the applicability,safety and efficiency of double-liquid grouting method for consolidated sandy soil are reflected,which provides reference for future treatment of strata under similar geological conditions.
