摘　　要：城市和社区是城乡建设领域实现碳达峰的重要载体。当前,积极开展绿色繁荣社区建设,探索适合中国城乡发展的理念、路径和方法,迫切且重要。本文以青岛自贸片区航运贸易金融融合创新基地(海辰园)为例,探讨其在绿色繁荣社区领域的实践方法和建设经验,为国内其他绿色繁荣社区建设提供参考。Cities and communities are important carriers to achieve carbon peaking in urban and rural construction.It is urgent and crucial to actively carry out the construction of green and prosperous communities,and explore concepts,paths and methods suitable for urban and rural development in China.This paper takes the shipping trade and finance integration innovation base(Haichen Park)at Qingdao Free Trade Zone as an example,and discusses the practical methods and construction experience of the project in the field of green and prosperous community,which could provide reference for the construction of other green and prosperous communities in China.
