摘　　要：城市既有住宅改造是改善民生、助力建筑业低碳发展的重要举措,依据客观数据的科学论证和合理决策是保障改造品质绩效和可持续发展的关键。本文从既有住宅生命周期数据的异质构成、多源获取、匹配整合等方面对数据的采集和处理进行分析,从数据库开发和网络数据平台搭建方面探讨数据的集成和利用,并对生命周期数据在系统化改造流程中的应用价值进行论述,以期为既有住宅改造的可持续发展提供数字信息资源与技术工具支撑。The renovation of urban existing housing is an important measure to improve social well-being and the low-carbon development of the construction industry.Scientific demonstration and reasonable decision-making based on objective data are the key to ensure the transformation quality performance and sustainable development.This article undertakes the analysis of the collection and processing of existing residential life cycle data from the perspectives of the heterogeneous composition,multi-source acquisition,and matching integration.It explores the integration and utilization of data through database development and network data platform construction,and discusses the application value of lifecycle data within the systematic renovation process,with the aim of providing digital information resources and technological tools support for the sustainable development of existing residential renovation.
