低空倾斜摄影测量技术在旧城改造中的应用

摘　　要：老旧小区的改造提升是切实关系到民生福祉的重要工程,高效、精准采集目标建筑物空间数据通过数字化设计,可以更全面、更精确地对旧城进行分析和规划,优化改造方案,预测改造效果。倾斜摄影测量技术具有高效、多样化等优势,本文将低空倾斜摄影测量技术应用到旧城改造中,研究结果表明基于倾斜摄影测量技术,对实景三维模型进行数字化应用,可以为旧城改造中的多领域提供高精度、全方面的技术支持。The transformation and improvement of the old residential areas is an important project related to people's well-being.The efficient and accurate collection of the spatial data of the target buildings through digital design can more comprehensively and accurately analyze and plan the old city,optimize the transformation scheme and predict the transformation effect.Tilting photogrammetry technology has the advantages of high efficiency and diversification.This paper applies the low-altitude tilting photogrammetry technology to the reconstruction of the old city.The research results show that the digital application of the real 3D model based on tilting photogrammetry technology can provide high-precision and all-round technical support for various fields in the reconstruction of the old city.
