预制混凝土夹心保温外墙板施工项目应用研究

摘　　要：预制混凝土夹心保温外墙板(简称夹心外墙板)作为一种由内、外叶混凝土墙板、夹心保温层和连接件组成的预制混凝土外墙板,其将建筑节能和工业化生产相互融合在一起,具有集承重、围护、保温、降噪、防火、防水、抗震等功能为一体的重要装配式预制构件,其外墙维护整体性能好、节能降耗、隔音降噪、防水防火效果好,结构安全和抗震性能等同现浇的特点。因此,夹心外墙板在国内建筑工程中推广应用对提高施工效率有着积极的意义。The precast concrete sandwich thermal insulation exterior wall panel(referred to as sandwich exterior wall)is a kind of precast concrete exterior wall panel which is composed of inner and outer concrete wall panels,sandwich thermal insulation layer and connectors,which combines building energy efficiency with industrialized production.As the important prefabricated components with integrated functions of load-bearing,enclosure,insulation,noise reduction,fire prevention,waterproof,seismic and etc.,the sandwich exterior wall enjoys many characteristics such as good overall maintenance performance,energy-saving,noise reduction,waterproof and fire prevention,as well as structural safety and seismic performance which are equivalent to the cast-in-place concrete.Therefore,it has positive practical significance in improving construction efficiency to popularize the application of sandwich exterior wall in domestic construction projects.
