摘　　要：高等级公路采用改性沥青路面后,普通路段沥青路面车辙病害得到了有效治理,但在特重交通荷载等级路段或承载特殊车辆荷载路段,如交叉路口、长大纵坡处,由于重载车辆低速、刹车和转弯剪切等作用,沥青路面极易发生车辙和推移等病害,极大影响了行车安全。同时,由此引起的路面反复维修改造,造成了较大的经济损失和社会影响,该问题已经成为沥青路面难以根治的行业共性技术难题。无车辙沥青路面旨在将沥青路面设计寿命周期内车辙深度指数(RDI)保持在良以上,避免因流动变形类病害导致路面反复维修,其核心技术是在沥青混合料拌和时,加入干法SBS与NRP无车辙沥青改性剂,在高温激发下发生交联反应进而形成不溶的具有三向网状结构的高聚物。同时,干法SBS材料提升了沥青混凝土抗水损、抗裂性能,综合提高了沥青路面耐久性。结合安徽省淮北市S411路面修复养护项目案例,从NRP无车辙改性技术室内验证、施工方案等方面进行分析研究,并进行总结,为推广该项技术的应用提供理论及实践依据。After the use of modified asphalt pavement on high-grade highways,the rutting diseases on ordinary sections of asphalt pavement have been effectively treated.However,in sections with extremely heavy traffic load levels or sections carrying special vehicle loads,such as intersections and long longitudinal slopes,due to the low speed,braking,and turning shear effects of heavy-duty vehicles,asphalt pavement is prone to rutting and pushing diseases,which greatly affects driving safety and causes repeated maintenance and renovation of the pavement,The significant economic losses and social impacts have become a common technical problem in the asphalt pavement industry that is difficult to root out.The rut free asphalt pavement aims to maintain the rut depth index(RDI)above good during the design life cycle of the asphalt pavement,and avoid repeated maintenance of the pavement due to flow deformation diseases.Its core technology is to add dry SBS and NRP rut free asphalt modifiers during the mixing of asphalt mixtures,which undergo cross-linking reaction under high temperature excitation to form insoluble polymers with a three-dimensional network structure.At the same time,dry SBS materials improve the water resistance and crack resistance of asphalt concrete,comprehensively improving the durability of asphalt pavement.The article combines the case of the S411 road surface repair and maintenance project in Huaibei City,Anhui Province,and analyzes and studies the indoor verification and construction plan of NRP rut free modification technology,and summarizes it,providing certain guiding significance for the application of this technology.
