雅水中型灌区续建配套与节水改造项目建设探讨

摘　　要：根据黔南州雅水中型灌区灌溉面积、水资源、配套工程基本现状,通过续建配套与节水改造项目建设,论述渠首工程、输配水工程、渠(沟)系建筑物、用水量测、管理设施及信息化工程改造的方式,充分发挥当地水利工程的调蓄能力,将灌区4.33万亩灌溉面积进行节水灌溉,提高了灌溉保证率,进而节约水资源,以达到粮食增产,促进农民增收,建成“设施完善、节水高效、管理科学、生态良好”灌区的目的。This article is based on the basic status of irrigation area,water resources,and supporting projects in the Yashui Medium sized Irrigation District of Qiannan Prefecture.Through the construction of supporting and water-saving renovation projects,and through the renovation of canal head engineering,water transmission and distribution engineering,canal(ditch)system buildings,water consumption measurement,management facilities,and information engineering,the local water conservancy engineering's regulation and storage capacity is fully utilized to carry out water-saving irrigation on 43300 acres of irrigation area in the irrigation area,improving the irrigation guarantee rate,Furthermore,it aims to save water resources,increase grain production,promote farmers'income,and achieve the goal of building"well-equipped,water-saving,efficient,scientifically managed,and ecologically sound"irrigation areas.
