摘　　要：为了提升农村安全饮水工程建设管理效果,对农村安全饮水工程的建设管理展开研究。阐述了农村安全饮水工程建设管理的重要性,分析了相关工程存在的问题,提出了建设管理的优化措施。包括加强取水管理;强化组织领导作用,创设宣传氛围;严格执行审批程序,健全资金管理机制;构建饮水监测网络体系,进行动态监测;注重净水工程管理;强化培训工作,提升人员的专业性等。In order to improve the effect of construction and management of rural safe drinking water projects,this paper mainly studies the construction and management of rural safe drinking water projects.First,this paper analyzes the importance of construction and management of rural safe drinking water projects,then analyzes the problems existing in the project,and puts forward optimization measures for construction management,including strengthening water intake management;Strengthen the role of organizational leadership and create a promotional atmosphere;Strictly implement the approval process and improve the fund management mechanism;Establish a drinking water monitoring network system and dynamically monitor it;Pay attention to the management of water purification projects;Strengthen training work and enhance the professionalism of personnel,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
