摘　　要：研究了一种简化轮系的逃生装置,依据逃生装置长久存放及使用突然的特性,采用一种轮系减速,达到长久存放及价格低廉的目的。通过在固定壳侧壁设置L形支撑板,在固定壳内部设置有滚动装置和限速装置,滚动装置通过在活动槽内设置转筒和主齿轮,限速装置包括与主齿轮啮合的从齿轮,从齿轮侧壁安装有转盘,转盘外圈伸出有延伸杆和橡胶垫,当人体下落通过安全绳缠绕在转筒表面,带动转筒和主齿轮旋转,利用主齿轮带动从齿轮和转盘旋转,利用橡胶垫与墙体直接摩擦,对转筒进行限速,达到缓降效果,该装置结构简单,造价低廉使用方便,利于普及使用。使用ADAMS仿真其接触力,通过瞬态动力学分析得到静载荷、瞬态载荷和简谐载荷的随意组合作用下的随时间变化的位移、应变、应力及力,便于优化设计,验证设计的有效性和材料的选择。A simplified gear train escape device is studied.According to the characteristics of long-term storage and sudden use of the escape device,a gear train deceleration is adopted to achieve the purpose of long-term storage and low price.The L-shaped support plate is set on the side wall of the fixed housing,and the rolling device and speed limiting device are set inside the fixed housing.The rolling device is set with a rotary drum and a main gear in the movable groove.The speed limiting device includes a slave gear that meshes with the main gear.A rotary table is installed on the side wall of the gear.The outer ring of the rotary table is extended with an extension rod and a rubber pad.When a man descends,the safety rope is wound on the surface of the rotary drum making the rotary drum and the main gear to rotate,The main gear drives the slave gear and the rotary table to rotate,and the friction between rubber pad and wall limits the speed of the rotary drum,the descending speed is slow down.The device is simple,cheap and convenient,which is conducive to popularization.The ADAMS is used to simulate the contact force,by transient dynamic analysis,the displacement,strain,stress and force that change with time under the random combination of static load,transient load and simple harmonic load are obtained to conveniently optimize design,and verify the effectiveness of the design and the selection of materials.
