摘 要:为实现产品的快速开发与迭代,提出了一种利用逆向工程对现有产品进行更新升级的方法。以某冲浪板曲面产品为例,基于Geomagic Studio,首先进行数据抓取,获取产品三维尺寸信息。然后进行数据加工与处理,确保数据信息的鲁棒性与精简性,并进行模型的升维处理,运用标准高斯法和平均滤波算法将点云模型进行封装,并做柔化处理,得到多边形数模。在曲面拟合模块下对多边形数模进行区域探测与轮廓线编辑,完成曲面模型的初步拟合。针对不同曲面片之间的微小缝隙,可结合UG NX系统,设置恰当的连接方式对曲面片体进行柔性缝合,进而完成冲浪板产品的实体模型重构,实现了产品的快速逆向设计与开发。最后对逆向设计的产品进行了三维数据评价,结果证明了所提曲面重建方法的合理性与时效性。In order to realize the rapid development and iteration of products,a method of updating and upgrading existing products using reverse engineering is proposed.A surfboard product is taken as objective,based on the Geomagic Studio,the data of the product is captured to obtain the three-dimensional sizes of the product.Then the data is processed to ensure its robustness and simplification.The upgrading of the data was conducted by using Standard Gaussian method and average filtering algorithm to encapsulate and soften the point cloud model to obtain the polygonal digital model.Region detection and contour editing are performed on the polygonal digital model to complete the preliminary fitting of the surface model under the surface fitting module.Regarding the tiny gaps seen in different curved sheets,the UG NX system is adopted to set appropriate connection methods to flexibly sew the curved sheets to complete the reconstruction of the solid model of the surfboard product,realizing the rapid reverse design and development of the product.Finally,the 3D data evaluation of the reverse designed product is carried out.The result demonstrates the rationality and timeliness of the surface reconstruction method.
