摘  要:供热管道泄漏声源的特性决定了泄漏检测次声波法在供热管道中的适用性和准确性。为研究供热管道泄漏声源特性,首先对泄漏声波的发声机理进行了理论分析,建立了供热管道泄漏的物理模型,对泄漏区域的流场以及声场进行仿真模拟,通过对不同泄漏孔径、不同管内压力等因素影响下的泄漏信号进行分析,得出供热管道泄漏声源的声压幅值随泄漏孔径、管内压力的变化规律以及泄漏信号的主要频率范围。最后,搭建了供热管道泄漏检测实验平台,在实验管道首尾两端安装次声波传感器,对泄漏产生的低频声信号进行采集,分析不同工况下泄漏信号的变化规律并与仿真结果进行比对。结果表明:供热管道泄漏声源中心频率为1 Hz;管道泄漏声压幅值随泄漏孔孔径以及管内压力的增大而增大。研究结果对次声波法在供热管道泄漏检测中的工业应用提供了理论依据。The characteristics of the sound source of the leakage of the heating pipeline determine the applicability and accuracy of the leak detection infrasonic method in the heating pipeline.In order to study the characteristics of the sound source of the leakage of the heating pipeline,the sound mechanism of the leakage sound wave is theoretically analyzed,the physical model of the leakage of the heating pipeline is established,and the flow field and sound field in the leakage area are simulated.The leakage signal under the influence of different pipe pressure and other factors is analyzed,and the variation law of the sound pressure amplitude of the leakage sound source of the heating pipeline with the leakage aperture,the pressure in the pipe and the main frequency range of the leakage signal are obtained.Finally,an experimental platform for leakage detection of heating pipelines is built,and infrasonic sensors are installed at the beginning and end of the experimental pipeline to collect the low-frequency acoustic signals generated by the leakage,analyze the variation laws of the leakage signals under different working conditions,and compare them with the simulation results.The results show that the leakage sound source of the heating pipeline is mainly dipole sound source,the center frequency is 1 Hz.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the industrial application of the infrasound method in the leakage detection of heating pipes.
