摘 要:为更好地提升垂直螺旋卸船机使用性能,对垂直螺旋卸船机机理展开了研究。结合垂直螺旋卸船机生产实际,分析了单质点理论、流体力学理论以及颗粒群理论,同时围绕理想状态与实际状态讨论其运行机理。在此基础上,探讨了垂直螺旋机构运行的关键技术,选取喂料装置安装技术与回转电缆敷设技术进行分析,其中喂料装置安装技术通过多窗口被迫喂料及优化装置结构提升运行效率;而回转电缆敷设技则基于当前回转电缆机构及电缆布置走向进行技术优化,落实电缆支架安装、电缆长度计算等流程,进而针对各环节提出具体的工艺方案,确保垂直螺旋卸船机可以在卸船工业中发挥出应有的作用。To improve the performance of vertical spiral ship unloader,the mechanism of vertical spiral ship unloader is studied.Based on the production practice of vertical spiral ship unloader,the single particle theory,fluid mechanics theory and particle group theory are analyzed,and the operation mechanism is discussed around ideal state and actual state.On this basis,the key technology of the vertical spiral mechanism operation is discussed,and the installation technology of the feeding device and the laying technology of the rotary cable are selected for analysis.The installation technology of the feeding device improves the operation efficiency through the multi-window forced feeding and the optimization of the device structure;For the laying technology of slewing cable,technical optimization is carried out based on the current slewing cable mechanism and cable layout direction,the cable support installation,cable length calculation and other processes are implemented,and then specific process schemes are put forward for each link to ensure that the vertical spiral ship unloader can play a due role in the ship unloading industry.
