摘  要:发电机组一次调频功能是提高电网应对突发扰动能力、改善电网频率稳定性的重要手段。对火电厂330 MW发电机组一次调频存在的不同问题进行了深入分析总结,提出了相应的优化方案。引入主汽压的修正,采用新滑压曲线及功率调节器加前馈、AGC反向闭锁、阀门流量特性曲线的优化等,现场实践结果表明,提出的优化方案是可行的,改进后的机组一次调频效果良好,一次调频考核电量有所减少;有效提高了火电机组一次调频能力,改善电网频率性能指标,增强电网稳定性。The primary frequency regulation function of generator set is an important means to improve the ability of power grid to cope with sudden disturbance and improve the frequency stability of power grid.The different problems existing in primary frequency regulation of 330 MW generator set in thermal power plant are deeply analyzed and summarized,and the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward.Introducing the correction of main steam pressure,adopting the new slip pressure curve,power regulator plus feedforward,AGC reverse blocking,and the optimization of valve flow characteristic curve,the field practice results show that the proposed optimization scheme is feasible,the improved unit has a good effect of primary frequency regulation,and the power of primary frequency regulation assessment is reduced.The primary frequency regulation capability of thermal power units is effectively improved,the frequency performance index of power grid is improved,and the stability of power grid is enhanced.
