摘  要:对APM线列车的车门系统故障进行梳理分析,对车门系统主要故障“车门运行异响故障”的分析中发现车门上导轨轴承异常为主要诱因。结合故障树理论,分析车门系统各种故障的重要度,结果表明车门上导轨轴承在车门故障中的重要度为0.877。采用上导轨轴承的载荷及相关公式,以及近5年车门上导轨轴承故障现象及数量等数据,计算车门的上导轨轴承的使用寿命为3.5 a/35845 km。最后给出了影响车门上导轨轴承使用寿命的因素和优化建议。The fault of the door system of APM line train is combed and analyzed,and the major fault of the door system"abnormal door operation noise fault"is analyzed,and the abnormal guide rail bearing on the door is considered to be the main inducement.Combined with the fault tree theory,the importance of various faults of the door system is analyzed,and results show that the importance of the guide rail bearing on the door is 0.877.Using the load and related formulas of the upper guide rail bearing,as well as the fault phenomenon and number of upper rail bearings on the door in the past five years,the service life of the upper rail bearing of the door is calculated to be 3.5 a/35845 km.Finally,the factors affecting the service life of the guide bearings on the door and optimization suggestions are given.
