摘　　要：带式输送机行业不断进行技术创新,在这个过程中实现低能耗、低污染输送物料成了带式输送机行业发展的方向。以需求为导向对散状物料输送装备进行环保化、绿色化改造,开发了全密封覆盖带并行输送机。在设计上,输送机的顶部采用柔性覆盖带,与两侧密封挡板形成封闭输送腔体,防止输送过程及卸料环节的扬尘,有效地保护了作业环境。在该项目中粉尘含量控制在7 mg/m3,呼吸性粉尘含量控制在3.0 mg/m3。同时,采用“双子”输送机并行输送设计,满足了不同物料在同一线路上,隔离式同步输送,既节省了输送空间及投资成本,又提高了输送系统的整体效率。The belt conveyor industry continues to carry out technological innovation,in this process to achieve low energy consumption,low pollution conveying materials becomes the direction of the development of the belt conveyor industry.With demand as the guide,the bulk material conveying equipment is environmentally friendly and green,and the parallel conveyor with fully sealed covering belt is developed.In the design,the top of the conveyor adopts a flexible covering belt,and the sealing baffle on both sides forms a closed conveying chamber,preventing the dust in the conveying process and the unloading link,and effectively protecting the working environment.In this project,the dust content is controlled at 7 mg/m³and the respirable dust content is controlled at 3.0 mg/m³.At the same time,the use of"twin"conveyor parallel conveying design,to meet the different materials on the same line,isolated synchronous conveying,not only saves the transportation space and investment costs,but also improves the overall efficiency of the transportation system.
