摘　　要：基于不同种类的碳纳米管粉体及其磁性掺杂复合物,利用矢量网络分析仪、采用同轴法测试分析1~18 GHz频率范围内的电磁特性参数,即将该类材料作为一类吸波剂,经过与石蜡混合后,压制约外径7 mm、内径3 mm、厚度2 mm的样品环,然后测试介电常数和磁导率,进而计算反射系数。实物样品的反射率测试需要的样品尺寸规格与粉体样品之间基体不同,且两者之间存在显著的差异性。分析测试过程中可能存在的不确定或不规范因素,并提出可供借鉴的措施,有助于缩小两者之间的差异性,以提高测试准确度。Based on different kinds of carbon nanotube powders and their magnetic doped composites,the electromagnetic characteristic parameters in the 1~18 GHz frequency range are analyzed by using the vector network analyzer and coaxial method.That is to say,this kind of material is used as a type of wave absorber.After mixing with paraffin,the sample ring with an outer diameter of about 7 mm,an inner diameter of 3 mm and a thickness of 2 mm is pressed,and then its dielectric constant and magnetic permeability are tested,and its reflection coefficient is calculated.There are significant differences between the sample size required for reflectivity test of real samples and powder samples in terms of magnitude and matrix.By systematically analyzing the possible uncertain or non-standard factors in the test process,and putting forward some measures and methods that can be used for reference,it is helpful to narrow the difference between the two and improve the test accuracy.
