摘　　要：上海作为中国数字经济发展的领航城市,经济数字化转型是其面向未来打造数字之城的新动能。上海聚焦数据新要素和新业态,通过数字经济促进上海金融服务业创新发展,打造以金融科技为亮点的上海金融中心。上海借鉴纽约、伦敦、新加坡等全球金融中心的经验,保持前瞻性和快速反应能力,通过数字经济与金融服务业的融合,充分发挥数字技术的叠加和集成效应,探索数字经济引领上海金融服务业发展的实践路径。建议加快数字技术关键领域布局,推进全方位数字化治理;推进加入数字经济协定,引领区域金融治理参与全球金融治理;依托高品质专业服务,构建最富活力的金融中心;立足金融科技发展,打造世界级数字金融中心,全力打造具有世界影响力的国际数字之都。Shanghai is the leading city in China’s digital economy development.The digital transformation of the economy is a new driving force for Shanghai to build a digital city in the future.Focusing on new data elements and new forms of business,Shanghai promotes the innovative development of its financial service industry through digital economy,and builds a Shanghai financial center with fintech as its highlight.Shanghai can learn from the experience of global financial centers such as New York,London and Singapore in order to be forward-looking and keep its rapid response ability.To explore the practical path of digital economy leading the development of its financial service industry,Shanghai should integrate the digital economy and the financial service industry and give full play to the superposition and integration effects of digital technology.It is suggested to accelerate the layout of key areas of digital technology,promote comprehensive digital governance,promote the accession to the Digital Economy Agreement so as to lead re-gional financial governance to participate in global financial governance,build the most dynamic financial center relying on high-quality professional services,build a world-class digital financial center and strive to become an international digital capital with global influence based on the development of financial technology.
