摘 要:[目的]研究开红花植物浸渍标本的保色方法,以便于开展生物科学教学、科普及研究工作。[方法]配制8种不同固定液和保存液配方,对桂西南地区鸡冠刺桐花、玫瑰、非洲菊、朱槿、龙船花、康乃馨、香水百合和红花羊蹄甲8种开红花植物进行处理。[结果]8种处理下鸡冠刺桐、朱槿、香水百合、红花羊蹄甲的透光率均小于5.00%,固色保色效果较差;玫瑰、非洲菊、康乃馨、龙船花这4种开红花植物经过固定液A(0.4%甲醛、0.3%硼酸)处理后,其保存效果比固定液B(2.5%硫酸铜、1.0%硼酸、0.5%氯化钠)处理好;在固定液A处理下,玫瑰、非洲菊、康乃馨、龙船花分别在保存液3(0.2%硼酸+1.5%甲醛+0.33%乙醇)、保存液1(0.2%硼酸+1.5%甲醛+0.14%乙醇)、保存液3、保存液2(0.2%硼酸+1.5%甲醛+0.24%乙醇)的透光率最高;在固定液B处理下,玫瑰、非洲菊、康乃馨、龙船花分别在保存液4(0.2%硼酸+0.2%硫酸铜+0.8%氯化钠+0.4%甘油+0.70%亚硫酸)、保存液3(0.2%硼酸+0.2%硫酸铜+0.8%氯化钠+0.4%甘油+0.55%亚硫酸)、保存液4、保存液3的透光率最高。[结论]不同开红花植物浸渍标本需要配制不同的固定液和保存液,采用固定液A进行处理,配合合适浓度的乙醇对玫瑰、非洲菊、康乃馨和龙船花这4种开红花植物有较好的保色效果。[Objective]To study the color preservation method for impregnated specimens of red flowering plants,in order to facilitate the teaching,popularization and research of biological sciences.[Method]Eight different fixative solutions and preservation solutions were pre-pared to treat 8 kinds of red flowering plants in southwest Guangxi,including Erythrina cristata,Rosa rugosa,Gerbera jamesonii,Hibiscus hibis-cus,Ixora chinensis,Dianthus caryophyllus,Lilium casa blanca and Bauhinia blakeana Dunn.[Result]The light transmittance of Erythrina cris-tata,Hibiscus hibiscus,Lilium casa blanca and Bauhinia blakeana Dunn were all less than 5.00%under the eight treatments,and the color fixa-tion and color retention effect was poor.Four kinds of Rosa rugosa,Gerbera jamesonii,Dianthus caryophyllus and Ixora chinensis,were treated with fixative A(0.4%formaldehyde,0.3%boric acid),and their preservation effect was better than that of fixative B(0.25%copper sulfate,1.0%boric acid,0.5%sodium chloride).Under the treatment of fixative A,the light transmittance of Rosa rugosa,Gerbera jamesonii,Dianthuscaryophyllus and Ixora chinensis was the highest in preservation solution 3(0.2%boric acid+1.5%formaldehyde+0.33%ethanol),preserva-tion solution 1(0.2%boric acid+1.5%formaldehyde+0.14%ethanol),preservation solution 3 and preservation solution 2(0.2%boric acid+1.5%formaldehyde+0.24%ethanol),respectively;under the treatment of fixative B,the light transmittance of Rosa rugosa,Gerbera jamesonii,Dianthus caryophyllus and Ixora chinensis was the highest in preservation solution 4(0.2%boric acid+0.2%copper sulfate+0.8%sodium chlo-ride+0.4%glycerinum+0.70%sulphurous acid),preservation solution 3(0.2%boric acid+0.2%copper sulfate+0.8%sodium chloride+0.4%glycerinum+0.55%sulphurous acid),preservation solution 4 and preservation solution 3,respectively.[Conclusion]Different impregnated specimens of red flowering plants need to be prepared with different fixative and preservation solutions.Treatment with fixative A and appropri-ate concentration of eth
