摘 要:以核桃根为材料,初步探索其水浸提液对魔芋生长及其几个抗性生理指标的影响,结果表明,不同浓度的核桃根水浸提液处理的魔芋出苗率均高于对照。从生长情况来看,25、2 mg/mL的核桃根水浸提液相对于其他浓度的浸提液而言,能一定程度上促进魔芋地上部分以及地下球茎的生长。2、25 mg/mL的浸提液处理的魔芋除CAT外,POD、SOD活性以及MDA含量均显著低于10、50 mg/mL的浸提液处理,与100 mg/mL的浸提液处理相比,SOD活性也明显较低。2、25 mg/mL相对于其他3个浓度的浸提液,更能促进魔芋地上部分的生长,魔芋受到的化感胁迫作用较小,并未对魔芋苗的细胞膜造成明显的过氧化伤害,因此抗氧化酶活性较低,MDA含量也较低。Walnut root was used as the material,and the effect of its water extract on the growth of konjac and several resistance physiological indicators was preliminarily explored,the results showed that the emergence rate of konjac treated with different concentrations of walnut root water extract was higher than that of the control.In terms of growth,the root water extract with the concentration of 25 mg/mL and 2 mg/mL could promote the growth of the above⁃ground parts of konjac and underground bulbs to a certain extent,compared with the extracts of other concentrations.In addition to CAT,the activities of POD,SOD and MDA content of konjac treated with 2 mg/mL and 25 mg/mL of extracts were significantly lower than those of konjac treated with 10 mg/mL and 50 mg/mL of extracts.Compared with the konjac treated with the 100 mg/mL extract,the SOD activity was also significantly lower.Compared with the other three concentrations of extracts,2 mg/mL and 25 mg/mL could promote the growth of the aerial part of konjac.The allelopathic stress of konjac was less,and it did not cause obvious peroxi⁃dative damage to the cell membrane of konjac seedlings,so the activity of antioxidant enzymes was lower,and the MDA content was also lower.
