摘  要:为了对农业农村部植物新品种DUS测试(原阳)分中心测试花生性状表达状态的全面了解,根据191份花生测试品种的主要数量性状的调查数据进行变异系数分析及分级。结果表明,7个性状中百仁重变异系数最,大20.17%,变幅为43.09~115.26 g;出仁率变异系数最小,为6.37%,变幅为58.07%~80.50%;其他性状变异系数均大于10.00%。7个性状符合或近似符合正态分布,按照极值大于等于2倍LSD_(0.05)进行等距分级;该分级标准下各性状的多样性指数变化范围为1.079~1.843,均大于1.000,能较全面地反映花生各数量性状在不同分级代码的分布特点。In order to fully understand the characters expression of peanut of Yuanyang sub⁃center of new plant varieties,the coefficient of var⁃iation was analyzed and graded according to the survey data of main quantitative characters of 191 peanut test varieties.The results showed that the largest coefficient of variation of 100⁃kernel weight was 20.17%,with a range of 43.09-115.26 g,kernel rate was the smallest 6.37%,with a range of 58.07%-80.50%,and the coefficients of variation of other traits were more than 10.00%.The 7 traits were consistent with or approxi⁃mately consistent with the normal distribution,and the extreme value was greater than or equal to 2 folds LSD_(0.05).The diversity index of each character under the classification standard ranged from 1.079 to 1.843,which was larger than 1.000.Result showed that it could comprehensive⁃ly reflect the distribution characteristics of various quantitative characters in different grading codes of peanuts.
