摘 要:找出湘西自治州中海拔地区烤烟云烟87的最佳移栽期,为烤烟生产提供重要决策依据。于2019—2021年连续3年在湘西中海拔地区开展大田试验,设置5个移栽期作为5个不同处理:处理1(4月12日)、处理2(4月19日)处理3(4月26日)、处理4(5月3日)和处理5(5月10日),研究移栽期对烤烟农艺性状、经济性状和化学成分的影响。结果表明,4月19—26日移栽的烤烟在株高、中部叶面积和上部叶面积等关键农艺性状指标上表现最好;从产量、产值等关键经济性状指标看,4月19—26日是中海拔地区的云烟87最佳移栽期。从糖碱比和氮碱比等关键化学成分指标看,4月19日移栽的烤烟糖碱比和氮碱比最大,化学性状最优。≥10℃有效积温等气象因子与株高、茎围、叶长、叶面积等农艺性状以及产量、产值等经济性状存在显著正相关关系。因此,移栽期对湘西中海拔地区烤烟品种云烟87农艺性状、经济性状和化学成分有明显的影响。4月19—26日是湘西中海拔地区云烟87的最佳移栽期。In order to determine the optimal transplanting period of the main flue⁃cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87 in mid⁃altitude areas of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,and to provide an important decision⁃making basis for flue⁃cured tobacco production,we carried out field test in middle and high elevation area in Xiangxi in 2019,2020 and 2021.Tobacco seedlings were transplanted with five transplanting periods of April 12,April 19,April 26,May 3,and May 10.As five treatments,the effects of transplanting period on the agronomic,economic and chemical components of flue⁃cured tobacco were investigated.The result showed that the flue⁃cured tobacco transplanted from April 19 to 26 performed the best on key agronomic trait indicators,such as plant height,middle leaf area and upper leaf area.From the perspective of key e⁃conomic traits such as yield and output value,April 19-26 was the best transplanting period for Yunyan 87 flue⁃cured tobacco in mid⁃altitude areas.From the perspective of key chemical composition indicators such as sugar⁃alkali ratio and nitrogen⁃alkali ratio,April 19 was the largest,so the chemical properties were the best.Meteorological factors,such as effective accumulated temperature≥10℃were positively correlated to agronomic traits such as plant height,stem circumference,leaf length,leaf area,and economic traits such as yield and output value.The trans⁃planting period had a significant impact on the agronomic,economic and chemical components of the flue⁃cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87 in mid⁃altitude areas of western Hunan.The transplanting period from April 19 to 26 was the best transplanting period for Yunyan 87 in the middle⁃altitude area of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.
