摘　　要：以巨峰葡萄为研究对象,采用不同赤霉素浓度对巨峰葡萄枝条冬芽进行处理,观测冬芽萌芽时间及萌芽率,测定葡萄冬芽可溶性糖含量在各处理中的变化。结果表明,50和100 mg/kg的赤霉素对提前打破葡萄休眠的作用比10和25 mg/kg赤霉素效果明显,50 mg/kg赤霉素处理萌芽率达50%以上,能预先打破葡萄的休眠,且在50 mg/kg赤霉素时,可溶性糖含量明显下降。This experiment took Jufeng grape as the research object,treated the winter buds of Jufeng grape branches with different concentra⁃tions of gibberellin,observed the germination time and germination rate of winter buds,and determined the changes of soluble sugar content of grape winter buds in each treatment.The results showed that the effect of 50 and 100 mg/kg concentration of gibberellin on breaking grape dor⁃mancy in advance was more obvious than that of 10 and 25 mg/kg concentration,and the germination rate of 50 mg/kg gibberellin was above 50%,which could break grape dormancy in advance.In the concentration of 50 mg/kg gibberellin,the soluble sugar content decreased signif⁃icantly.
