摘  要:[目的]明确叶色参数、叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光特性在不同叶位的分布规律,了解黄花柳生理信息和光合潜力。[方法]对3种黄花柳不同叶位(顶部、中部、基部)叶片的叶色参数、叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光的变化规律进行比较分析。[结果]3种黄花柳叶色参数(L、a、b)中,金枝黄花柳顶部叶片的L值最高,叶片表现为光滑、光亮。普通黄花柳顶部叶位的a值为“+”值,叶片偏红。3种黄花柳各叶位叶片b值均为“+”值,叶色均偏黄。通过叶绿素含量分析,发现金枝黄花柳和红枝黄花柳的叶绿素总含量大小表现为中部叶>基部叶>顶部叶,而普通黄花柳的叶绿素总含量表现为基部叶>中部叶>顶部叶,金枝黄花柳和红枝黄花柳不同叶位间的叶绿素a/b无显著差异。在叶绿素荧光参数分析中,3种黄花柳F_(v)/F_(m)、F_(v)/F_(o)、ABS/RC、PI的变化在顶部叶较低,中部和基部叶相对较高。[结论]金枝黄花柳和普通黄花柳与普通绿色植物相比叶色富有特点,观赏价值高;3种黄花柳顶部叶片受到的光抑制程度显著高于中部和基部,叶片活性降低。[Objective]In order to determine the leaf color parameters,the content of chlorophyll and the distribution of chlorophyll fluores⁃cence characteristics at different leaf positions,the physiological information and photosynthetic potential of the Salix caprea were understood.[Method]In this study,the leaf color parameters,chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence of different leaf positions(top,middle and base)of three species of Salix caprea were compared and analyzed.[Result]The results showed that among the values of L,a and b,the L val⁃ue of the top leaf position of the Salix caprea‘GoldenStem’was the highest,and the leaves were smooth and bright.The a value of the top leaf position of common Salix caprea is“+”value,and the leaves are reddish.The b values of the three species were all“+”values,and the leav⁃es of the three species tended to be yellow.Through the analysis of chlorophyll content,it can be seen that the total content of chlorophyll of Salix caprea‘GoldenStem’and Salix caprea‘RedenStem’is middle leaves>basal leaves>top leaves,whereas the total content of chloro⁃phyll ordinary yellow flower is basal leaves>middle leaves>top leaves.There was no significant difference in the chlorophyll a/b value be⁃tween different leaf positions of Salix caprea‘GoldenStem’and Salix caprea‘RedenStem’.In the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters analy⁃sis,the tendency of the PI F_(v)/F_(m),F_(v)/F_(o),ABS/RC of three kinds of chory santhemum is in lower the top leaf,in the middle and base of leaf is relatively high.[Conclusion]Compared with the common green plants,the leaf color of Salix caprea‘GoldenStem’and common Salix caprea is characteristic and has high ornamental value.The photoinhibition degree of the top leaves was significantly higher than that of the middle and base leaves,and the leaf activity was decreased.
