摘 要:[目的]解决烟苗移栽后烟田小地老虎对烟苗的危害。[方法]烟苗移栽24 h前,分别选用10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂、25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂和60%氯虫·吡蚜酮水分散粒剂3种药剂,在漂浮育苗大棚内对育苗池内烟苗进行集中喷雾,喷药后24 h将烟苗移栽到烟田,分别调查膜上移栽和膜下移栽烟田小地老虎对烟苗的危害情况。[结果]移栽前使用3种药剂处理烟苗后,各处理的小地老虎危害株率有不同程度的降低,其中膜下移栽烟田60%氯虫·吡蚜酮水分散粒剂处理对烟田小地老虎的末次株防效达78.08%,高于膜上移栽烟苗处理的末次防效72.85%。[结论]烟苗移栽前在育苗大棚内使用60%氯虫·吡蚜酮水分散粒剂喷雾后,烟苗移栽后可有效防治移栽后小地老虎对烟苗的危害,对小地老虎防效持效期可达20 d以上,对烟苗无药害,降本增效明显。[Objective]In order to solve the problem of harms by Agrotis ypsilon after transplanting in tobacco fields.[Method]Pesticides of 10%Cyhalothrin EW,25%Thiamethoxam WG and 60%pymetrozine chlorantraniliprole WG were used to spray on the tobacco seedlings in the floating seedling greenhouse before transplanting to tobacco fields.After spraying,the tobacco seedlings were transplanted to the tobacco field in 24 hours,and Agrotis ypsilon were investigated on hazardous situation.[Result]The results showed that after treatment of tobacco seed⁃lings with 3 kinds of pesticides before transplanting,the rate of harmed tobaocco plants in Agrotis ypsilon was significantly reduced,and the fi⁃nal control effect of 60%pymetrozine chlorantraniliprole WG treatment reached 78.08%in tobacco fields under membrane transplanting,which was higher than the treatment in tobacco fields transplanted above membrane,and the validity period was more than 20 days.[Conclusion]The use of spraying pesticides on tobacco seedlings before transplantation to tobacco fields could effectively prevent the harm of Agrotis ypsilon,and it would not cause pesticides injury on tobacco seedlings,which would significantly reduce control costs and increase efficiency.
