摘  要:为更好地保护繁育濒危红树植物,选取海滨猫尾木和红榄李2种濒危红树植物幼苗,使用不同比例的2种菌肥进行培育,定期测量植株高度、基径、冠幅,最后取部分植株测定生物量。结果表明,菌肥显著促进了2种红树植物生长。海滨猫尾木Q1较CK高度提高24.4 cm,基径提高3.34 mm,冠幅提高620.03 cm^(2),地上生物量提高7.33 g。红榄李T1较CK高度提高8.22 cm,基径提高1.71 mm,冠幅提高129.92 cm^(2),地上生物量提高2.9 g。且树种、菌肥及两者交互作用对红树植物地上部分生长影响达显著水平(P<0.05)。菌肥对海滨猫尾木促生效果强于红榄李,其中千代田菌肥对海滨猫尾木促生效果好。In order to better protect and breed endangered mangrove plants,two endangered mangrove plant seedlings,Dolichandrone spatha⁃cea and Lumnitzera littorea,were selected and cultivated with different proportions of the two types of bacterial fertilizers.The plant height,base diameter,and crown width were measured regularly.The biomass of some plants was measured.The experimental results showed that the bacterial fertilizer significantly promoted the growth of the two mangrove plants.Compared with CK,the height of D.spathacea Q1 was in⁃creased by 24.4 cm,the base diameter was increased by 3.34 mm,the crown width was increased by 620.03 cm^(2),and the aboveground bio⁃mass was increased by 7.33 g.Compared with CK,the height of L.littorea T1 was increased by 8.22 cm,the base diameter was increased by 1.71 mm,the crown width was increased by 129.92 cm^(2),and the aboveground biomass was increased by 2.9 g.In addition,tree species,bac⁃terial fertilizer and their interaction had significant effects on the growth of the aerial part of mangrove plants(P<0.05).The effect of bacterial fertilizer on the growth of D.spathacea was stronger than that of L.littorea.Among them,Chiyoda mushroom fertilizer has a good effect on the growth of D.spathacea.
