摘  要:以广安区龙安乡文林村的龙安柚为研究对象,设置无肥区(CK)、常规施肥区(T_(1))、有机肥+无机肥区(T_(2))3种处理,通过对比其收获期叶片、果实矿质养分与品质指标,研究有机无机肥配施对龙安柚养分吸收、果实品质的影响,利用主成分分析法对其进行综合评价。结果表明,对比T_(1),T_(2)能显著提高叶片铁含量与果实钾含量;对比T_(1),T_(2)可能通过调控叶片对钙、铜、锰、锌的吸收来提升果实蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖的累积以保障果实品质;综合分析发现,还原糖、葡萄糖和果糖为影响龙安柚品质的主要因素,T_(2)较T_(1)的综合得分更高,有机无机肥配施更有利于龙安柚品质提升。Taking Long’an pomelo in Wenlin Village,Long’an Township,Guang’an District as the research object,three treatments were set up,namely,fertilizer free zone(CK),conventional fertilization zone(T_(1)),and Manure+inorganic fertilizer zone(T_(2)),to study the effects of organic and inorganic fertilizer combination on nutrient absorption and fruit quality of Long’an pomelo by comparing its leaf,fruit mineral nutrients and quality indicators during harvest,and to comprehensively evaluate them by principal component analysis.The results showed that compared to T_(1),T_(2) significantly increased the iron content of leaves and the potassium content of fruits;compared to T_(1),T_(2) may enhance the accumulation of sucrose,glucose,and fructose in fruits by regulating the absorption of calcium,copper,manganese,and zinc by leaves to ensure fruit quality;comprehensive analysis found that reducing sugar,glucose and fructose were the main factors affecting the quality of pomelo.The comprehensive score of T_(2) was higher than that of T_(1).Organic and inorganic combination was more conducive to the quality im⁃provement of Long’an pomelo.
