摘 要:无链供弹依靠星形拨轮实现弹药的连续传递。但在实际工程应用中,需要以成熟发射系统为基础,进行供弹系统改制以适应新的功能需求,要求弹药由连续供弹交接为间隔供弹,或由间隔供弹交接为连续供弹。为满足这一需要,提出了异形拨轮间隔供弹技术并匹配合理的传动速比,实现弹药在星形拨轮间的间隔交接。经ADAMS动力学仿真验证,该间隔供弹交接过程具有运动平稳、所受冲击力小、交接可靠的特点,满足供弹系统改制功能需求。所提出的间隔供弹技术对小口径速射炮无链供补弹交接设计具有参考价值。Chainless ammunition supply relies on star-shaped wheels to achieve continuous transmission of ammunition.However,in practical engineering application,it is necessary to restructure the ammunition feeding system based on the mature firing system to meet new functional requirements,which requires the ammunition to be fed from continuous feeding handover to interval feeding,or from interval feeding handover to continuous feeding.In order to meet this need,this paper puts forward the interval feeding technology of special-shaped wheels and matches it with a reasonable transmission speed ratio to realize the interval handover of the ammunition between the star-shaped wheels.The ADAMS dynamic simulation results show that this interval feeding handover process has the characteristics of smooth movement,small impact force and reliable handover,which meets the functional requirements of the ammunition supply system modification.The proposed interval feeding technology has reference value to the chainless feeding ammunition handover design of small-caliber rapid-firing guns.
