摘 要:采用缩比模型圆柱壳及圆柱形TNT炸药,进行炸药垂直地面、平行地面共计5个工况10组试验,通过巴特沃兹IIR方法滤波及数理统计分析,得到不同朝向对圆柱壳表面10个点位冲击波超压变化趋势,研究了不同炸药朝向下圆柱壳表面结构响应。通过有限元分析,在Autodyn中建立圆柱壳炸药耦合爆炸模型,对爆炸产生压力时程曲线进行仿真,仿真结果与试验结果较为一致。研究结果可量化爆炸载荷不确定性对于柱壳结构影响,能更加准确预测爆炸载荷的变化规律,提高柱壳抗爆性。This paper uses scaled model cylindrical shells and cylindrical TNT explosives to carry out 10 groups of tests under 5 working conditions,including vertical and parallel ground.The impact of different orientations on the change trend of shock wave overpressure at 10 points on the cylindrical shell surface is obtained through Butterworth IIR filtering and mathematical statistical analysis.The surface structural response of the cylindrical shells with explosives facing different orientations is studied.Through finite element analysis,a coupled explosion model of the cylindrical shell explosives is established in Autodyn,and the time-history curve of the pressure generated by the explosion is simulated and analyzed,the result of which is consistent with the test results.The research results are to quantify the impact of the uncertainty of the explosion load on the structure of the column shell,which can predict the explosion load more accurately and improve the anti-explosion performance of the cylindrical shell.
