摘  要:首先给出了空投救援装备的救援流程,然后针对影响空投救援装备救援效能的3个关键问题,利用k-means聚类分析方法计算得到了漂浮平台的最佳布放位置,并通过极限分析的方法获得救助艇的合理救援路线,有效缩短救援时间;基于无人机技术发展,研究分析了救援中无人机的搜索引导、通信中继和态势监控作用,可为海上救援提供灵活的信息保障手段。该研究可为利用空投方式实施海上大规模救援提供有效技术支撑。Firstly,this paper gives the rescue process of airdrop rescue equipment.Then,aiming at the three key problems affecting the rescue efficiency of airdrop rescue equipment,the optimal deployment position of the floating platform is calculated by the k-means cluster analysis method.Besides,the reasonable rescue route of the rescue boat is obtained by the limit analysis method,which effectively shortens the rescue time.Based on the development of UAV technology,the search guidance,communication relay and situation monitoring functions of a UAV in rescue are studied and analyzed,which can provide flexible information support means for maritime rescue.This research can provide effective technical support for the large-scale rescue at sea by airdrop.
